10 tips for beautiful breasts



The breasts need to be pampered a little every day to keep their beautiful curved form. Because once they say, nothing will put them back! So read these tips several times and ... use them!
The breasts are composed of fatty tissue, fibrous and glands surrounded by an envelope of skin placed on the pectoral muscle: as they have no muscle, it ruser need to keep their round firm and elastic



Tip 1 - Choose a good bra and wear it all day. As a teenager, it is important to support the chest by a bra well cut that budget without chest compression.

Tip 2 - For the sport, it is advisable to wear a bra special sport. It can absorb shocks.

Tip 3 - Take cold showers on the chest. Heat is the enemy of the skin of your chest because it softens. So, after your bath or shower every day do you spend the cold jet to tone the breasts and skin around it.
